Since the first ENC symposia, short courses were provided and the 2019 meeting continue this long standing tradition. Descriptions for the short courses listed will be given soon as well as times and dates they are being held. All courses will be held
at FCT NOVA, Caparica. Registration is mandatory. There is no limit of participants for each course. Please fill the registration form, or email firstname.lastname@example.org if you require further assistance.

All prices are quoted in euros (EUR) and already include VAT (IVA). Payment in any other currency will not be accepted. Payment of the short courses fee fee can be only done by bank transfer . The bank transfer must clearly state the name of the participant
and make reference to SC11ENC_SCx, where x designates the course: Example, courses 1 and 2, SC11ENC_SC_1_2, as detailed below under “Purpose of transfer”.
Unidentified bank transfers cannot be processed. Bank charges have to be borne by the participant, in addition to the Short Courses fee.
The bank transfer option will not be available anymore after December 1st, 2019 as both the money and confirmation of payment may not arrive in time. After that, only on-site payment will be accepted.

On-site payment: At the registration desk; cash payment only).
Should a short course be canceled for any reason, 100% of the fee will be reimbursed.
Participants may cancel their registration. Cancelations must be communicated in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org. In this case, if the cancelation occur within 60 days but no less than 14 days before the Short Course start date, a 50% cancelation fee of the estimated bill will apply.
A 100% cancelation fee will apply for cancelations after that period.
Registrations are only valid for the persons mentioned in the form. A registered participant unable to attend the Short Course may nominate a substitute free of charge, communicating the substitute’s first name, last name, and email address to the Short Course responsible, email@example.com, before December 1st, 2019.
Changes to bills, documents etc. are not possible, though. No name changes can be accepted after December 1st, 2019 for administrative reasons.
The participant is allowed to use the conference documentation exclusively for his/her personal needs only.

Please remember that you must pay the reduced registration fee by November 20, 2019 or the normal fee by November 30, 2019. If no payment is made by these dates, then the abstract will not be included in the program and book of abstracts.
